Timloc have been producing pre-formed cavity trays, ventilation systems, access products and other polymeric building components since the 1970’s.

Comprehensive Range

A wide range of standard products is available. These include ranges of:

  • Cavity Trays - A wide range of preformed and purpose made cavity trays, with or without lead attachments. Timloc cavity trays are ideal for all types of roofs including of abutment cavity trays.

  • Cavity closers, A range of preinsulated cavity closers with DPM prevent thermal bridging and penetrating damp around windows and doors
  • Fire and acoustic stops - A range of fire rated and acoustic cavity stops including vertical, horizontal and DPM variants.
  • Loft access doors - which comply with part L, Robust details and have a .35 and .24 U value. Fire rated loft access doors with up to up to 60 minutes fire protection and Class O compliance are also available.
  • Metal access panels - Available as beaded, picture framed or circular are ideal for gas flue inspection.
  • Fire rated access panels - with 60 minute fire rating,  the ideal solution for compliance with Gas Safety Regulations
  • Plastic access panels for walls - A range of either clip fit or hinged access panels with optional key locks.
  • Roof Ventilation - including NHBC Standards and Building Regulation compliant rafter trays, eaves vents and over fascia or under soffit vents.
  • Underfloor and through wall ventilation - including air bricks, acoustic wall vents and grilles.
  • Valley Troughs - GRP valley gutters for use with any type of roof tile or slate.

Timloc Building Products Donate to Hull 4 Heroes’ Christmas Shoe Box Appeal

Spreading some Christmas cheer, local charity Hull 4 Heroes appealed for goody-filled shoe boxes for soldiers deployed overseas during the festive season.

The Timloc team rallied together to bring in shoe boxes, wrapping paper and various items like popular snacks, toiletries, and small recreational goods, like books and playing cards. Timloc also pledged £200 towards purchasing items to help fill the shoe boxes.

The decorated shoe boxes will be sent by the charity to show our appreciation to the service men and women who are unable to return home and see their families this Christmas.

Hull 4 Heroes is a registered charity that provides veterans and their families with a range of support, including, mental well-being, mentoring, employment, and housing, to help make the transition back into civilian life as smooth as possible.

Kirsty Harrop, Marketing Manager at Timloc Building Products, commented: “When we saw the appeal, we thought it was a wonderful idea and something the entire team here at Timloc Building Products was keen to get involved in.

“The shoe boxes are a great gesture to show our appreciation and let our service men and women know that we are thinking of them. Being away from family must be so tough, especially at Christmas, so we wanted to make sure we did our part to help.”

Timloc Release New Sustainability Brochure

November 2021

We are proud to introduce our new Sustainability Brochure highlighting the various steps we have taken to be at the forefront of sustainability within our industry and have led to us becoming the first carbon-neutral building products manufacturer in the UK.

Some of the ways we have reduced our environmental impact include:

• 75% of products manufactured on site are made from recycled materials.

• The electricity we use is generated from 100% renewable sources.

• 100% of waste is diverted from landfill and 100% of our packaging is recyclable.

• The Hedgehog Highway by Timloc was introduced to help the conservation of the UKs hedgehogs.

• Signed up to Operation Clean Sweep® to ensure plastic pellets are contained within our facility.
