C.A.T. profiles were installed at the Science Museum
Science Museum
C.A.T. profiles were installed recently into the £24m refurbishment of the “Welcome Galleries” within the Science Museum.
Along the Cromwell Road in London’s SW7, lies the largest medicine gallery in the world.
The installation consists of over 47,000 individual pieces of new timber flooring making up over 3,000m2 installed overall!
You will notice our Brass Timberline profiles, used to create a visual zoned areas around many of the interesting medical displays, walkways and borders.
C.A.T. Timberline profiles for timber floors are available in different heights to suit various wood flooring and installation requirements, in brass, aluminium & stainless steel finishes.
Our technical team worked alongside all stakeholders to provide the correct profile and visual detail to add that finishing touch to an overall excellent award winning installation.

Football Club Venue
With over 119,000m2 of floor space within this multi-purpose venue, the call for different floor covering finishes and accessories were required.
C.A.T. products were chosen not only for their practical use, but for the various complementary finishes available, from brass and aluminium stair nosings, step insert plates, movement joints, and many floor covering profiles including custom-shaped brass for between carpet and luxury vinyl tiles.
This redeveloped multi-purpose stadium was designed to accommodate over 62,000 spectators. With the world's first dividing retractable football pitch revealing a synthetic turf pitch underneath for American Football, it can also be used for concerts and other events. Facilities include the longest bar in Europe, a microbrewery, museum and an auditorium.
C.A.T. worked very closely with F3 Architects to understand their vision for the redevelopment and offer solutions to the different transition areas bringing the interiors to life.
