ProRend Render Systems - Hard working renders, finishes, basecoats & masonry paints for external walls
ProRend is a range of render products, External Render Finishes, Basecoats and Masonry Paints. Each of the ProRend render products has been developed and refined with hard-working quality materials to give a durable rendered finish. ProRend is available in a broad range of colours and textures suitable for application to a diverse range of substrates.
ProRend EIFS Adhesive System - External Wall Insulation Finishing Systems
ProRend External Insulation Finishing System, EIFS for short, is a complete external wall insulation system with a durable rendered finish. This insulated render system is perfect for both new buildings and to renovate existing properties. ProRend EIFS is fantastic for all types of building, both residential and commercial. ProRend EIFS can be installed using an adhesive system, or a rail system.
ProWall Rendered Rainscreen Cladding - ’ A Premier Guarantee and LABC approved Product’
ProWall Rainscreen Cladding is an external envelope system specifically developed to allow a stable rendered finish on timber frame developments. ProWall overcomes the problems of frame movement with a ventilated and drained cavity. Rendered rainscreen cladding maintains a healthy quality of air as it allows the building to breathe, while providing protection from the elements.
ProMesh Render and Plaster Reinforcing Mesh
ProMesh reinforcing mesh is ideal for reinforcing plaster or render, particularly around openings or areas of traditional weakness. All ProMesh grades have a pressed weave and alkaline resistant coating ensuring that they perform to the highest standard. It can be used to stabilise unstable surfaces, and cover and help prevent cracking. It is a flexible lattice made from special woven glass-fibre strands offering incredible strength when embedded into wet basecoat plaster or render.
ProBead Render Beads and Plaster Beads
ProBead is market leading PVCu render bead, for plastering and rendering. Our 17 standard colours are manufactured from 100% reground PVCu.
- Angle/Corner Beads are available in 2 wing sizes, and are suitable for all types of external render.
- Belcast / Drip Beads for finishing render at DPC level and above window heads to throw off rain water.
- Stop Beads are used with render and plaster at junctions of walls, soffits, ceilings and surrounds.
- Movement / Expansion Beads are used with render and placed over movement joints / expansion points.
- Ashlar / Detail Beads are a cost-effective alternative method to manual Ashlar Detailing.
- ProBead+ / Meshed Wing Beads are meshed angle/corner beads and window reveal/return (APU) beads.
- Dry Wall Beads are a range of drylining corner profiles, feature channels and plasterboard edge beads.
GOREND HBS - 1 Coat 2 Pass Monocouche Render
GoRend HBS is a factory batched, through coloured render, specifically designed and formulated for new build properties. GoRend HBS monocouche is quick and easy to apply in one coat, over new blockwork, and has an attractive and durable 2mm scraped aggregate finish.

SAS Render Systems are based in the southwest of England, and sell render products that we either manufacture or have bespoke produced for us. Choosing render products
Once you have chosen the render system and accessories for your project, our team can help you put together an order in the most economical way. They will talk you through the amount of product you need including beads, basecoats boards or paint, and check the best delivery method and timings.

SAS Render Systems hold many products as stock items that can be delivered as soon as the next day. If you are interested in the custom-colour options where we can supply render, beads or masonry paint to match a specific colour requirement, do get in touch early to arrange samples or to view our sample library, so you have time to make a choice and discuss lead times.
Some recent projects from SAS Render Systems
New Persimmon homes in Devon rendered with GoRend HBS from SAS Render Systems looking fantastic. GoRend HBS through-coloured render has been specifically designed for new housing, and can be applied with one coat.
Near completion - luxury coastal apartments by Darnley Developments finished with ProRend Colourtex. Colourtex is a pre-mixed thin coat render containing silicone for a highly water-resistant finish.
A masonry build with a slate roof, wood cladding and finished with ProRend Colour render. ProRend Colour is a premium through-colour render containing mica, for a subtle shimmer in the finish.
In progress, a university technology building with the ProWall rendered system installed by Mudge Drylining Ltd. The ProWall system is BBA certified and creates a ventilated façade suitable for timber or steel frame.
SAS Europe - Thin coat render projects using ProRend Colourtex
Our thin coat render is a bit of a star - ProRend Colourtex is an attractive yet hard-working render finish for both our ProWall rainscreen and EIFS insulation system, as well as giving a modern render finish to new block. The lockdown and winter weather hasn't stopped some great projects from going ahead. ProRend Colourtex is a great versatile choice for these new builds, with delivery across the UK.
SUNA HOUSE
This former Victorian warehouse in Shoreditch has had a refurbishment by EasyRend. They chose ProRend Colourtex thin coat render for the common areas for its durability in high traffic areas and for a modern industrial finish.
NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILD, PLYMOUTH
An update from this Richard Brown Plastering Contractors Ltd residential project in Plymouth "Our SAS EUROPE board and Colourtex job here in Plymouth is finally complete." Nice job! ProRend Colourtex thin coat render in 18 standard colours is highly water resistant and easy to apply.
OLD KILN ROAD
A fantastic new house from Mark Stone Homes Ltd designed by HAP Architects. LMG Plastering applied ProRend Colourtex thin coat render to achieve this sharply detailed modern finish. Mark Stone Homes: "..carefully designed by HAP Architects to complement the two dominant trees within the site."
ASHLAR DETAIL USING COLOURTEX
Four different methods of producing an ashlar effect using ProRend Colourtex thin coat render, onto EPS and onto ProBoard. The coordinating Fawn coloured ProBead allows a seamless finish, both ashlar bead and stop bead have been used in these sample pieces.
