Nu-Cryl WRS Extra has recently been used to seal all new pre cast Cornice, Facia Panels and Balustrade on the recently refurbished Metropole Hotel on Folkestone sea front.
The bespoke cast concrete was manufactured by Classical Stone to match the existing terracotta.
Extensive research was carried out by Classical Stone to determine the best sealer to use use on this prestige project.
Ivan Mapleden the Managing Director of Classical Stone said “It was essential that we selected a sealer that did not alter the colour of our stone.
Nu-Cryl WRS Extra was selected, and approved by the Local Authority Heritage Officer, due to its excellent weathering qualities particularly in an exposed sea front location.
All the new stone for this project was installed and sealed by Cornwell Building Limited
