Quarrendon Street
When Architect Jenny Harborne was looking for a modern skylight for an extension to this minimalist London property, she specified neo® from the Rooflight Company.
Privacy was a key element of the brief as the property is flanked at either side by homes overlooking the extension. With this in mind the glazing was upgraded to Optifloat Opal privacy glass.
Three neo® (S12) roof windows were specified, two being motorised and one fixed. The motorised roof windows were fitted with rain sensors to ensure automatic closure during bad weather conditions.
Unlike most modern roof windows, neo® when closed has totally clear views uncluttered by opening mechanisms. All neo® models are top-hinged with concealed motors or with a discreet handle at the cill should a manual option be desired.
Available in Portrait, Landscape or Square format neo® is available in 15 sizes and an optional glazing bar where a conservation appearance is more appropriate. For a limitless run of roof windows a choice of linking systems are available.
