Venesta - Vepps Washroom Installation at Marian Vian Primary School
Vepps reduces washroom installation time by 50% at Marian Vian Primary School's second phase of facility refurbishments.
Following the recent refurbishment of the KS2 girls' washrooms where Venesta products were specified and installed, Marian Vian Primary School turned their attention to the KS2 boys' WC facilities.
Originally installed in the 1930s, the school's previous cubicles, vanities and sanitaryware were dated and costly to maintain. The biggest challenge faced by the school was the associated time constraint, which is a challenge commonly faced by many education facilities. Accredited installers, G Haslehurst Builders, were on an even tighter schedule than the first phase, as the project was carried out during term time.
With this in mind, our industry-leading pre-plumbed panelling system, Vepps, was specified, which meant installation time was reduced by a staggering 50%, compared to alternative traditional site built timber framed panelling systems. Marian Vian also specified our Award HPL cubicles in complementing colours, so now benefit from their toilet cubicles having anti-finger trap hinges and emergency release indicator bolts as standard - all for added peace of mind for the school.
