Knauf UK Covid 19 Update
In response to the Government announcement of a third national lockdown, starting today, Tuesday 5th January, please note that the latest restrictions will have no direct impact on our continuing operations.
The Government is calling for manufacturing and construction businesses to continue to operate as a key pillar to the wider economy and, as a result, we will be keeping our manufacturing sites and warehouses fully operational to support the industry and service our customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Our manufacturing sites and warehouses are fully compliant with the necessary hygiene and social distancing measures set out by Public Health England and can therefore remain open with the confidence that our operating procedures wholly support protecting our customers, our people and their families.
Our office and field sales teams will continue to work remotely as they have done for the majority of 2020, with little or no disruption to our services. Please do note that customer site visits will only be made when absolutely necessary and will follow the up-weighted risk assessment systems implemented last year. The safety of our people and our customers remains our top priority.

Technical Services
Normal technical webchat service continues and we are able to offer a quick response service on this platform that is available Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700 on our website (www.knauf.co.uk). In addition to this our team continue to offer a quick response service to all technical and specification queries that are emailed to technical@knauf.co.uk.
Knauf Clerkenwell
Our showroom in Clerkenwell will be closed for the duration of the national lockdown, however, our team of specification experts will be available remotely to discuss any technical and design requirements you have.
