C.A.T. COVID-19 20th March 2020
In response to the extreme risk to health that COVID-19 poses to so many, we have taken the decision that our Sales Representatives should no longer visit customers but will now work from home and will communicate by telephone, email and Skype.
We have taken steps in line with advice given by our Government and Public Health England to mitigate the risk to members of C.A.T. staff and our customers including the regular deep cleaning at timed intervals of our offices and production facilities at our Luton and Hayle sites.
Our sales office is open from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday to assist with orders and enquiries.
We have extremely good stocks for supply to customers and have in preparation increased stock levels of popular products at our new third stock site in Hertfordshire.
This is a very difficult time for us all and we wish our business partners, customers and suppliers to be safe as we all tread cautiously forward towards brighter times.
On a personal note, I would like to say I am extremely proud of the spirit demonstrated by C.A.T. staff in response to the task ahead as we pull together to continue to provide our customers with our best service to the best of our ability.

26th March 2020 - update
We are now operating a skeleton staff and monitoring government advice on safe distancing and continuing with sanitation and deep cleaning procedures already in place for the protection of our staff.
A number of our staff are now working remotely from home, and our sales and accounts team can be contacted at sales@cat-accs.com and accounts@cat-accs.com to deal with our customer's enquiries and payments.
Until further notice, we are not operating a delivery service to construction sites or customers premises.
