Albany Paint - A message to our customers
Our stores remain temporarily closed following the Government’s guidance that all non-essential stores should close. We have not taken the decision to close lightly and we appreciate that it will be inconvenient to a number of our customers and we apologise to those who are impacted. It is our intention to support the Government’s aim of encouraging people to ‘stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives’, to protect our colleagues, customers and the wider community.
We operate two online stores - designerpaint.com and wallpaperdirect.com where you can order decorating materials direct to your home with delivery by courier. At our central warehouse we have been able to put in place safe social distancing practices in this controlled and highly regulated environment.
To assist our trade customers while our stores are temporarily closed, we have added some essential trade lines including brushes, rollers, fillers and other sundries to designerpaint.com. You’ll find products to help with your exterior and key decorating jobs from the most popular brands including Albany, Dulux, Weathershield, Zinsser and more.
Where possible we are still supplying essential service contracts such as for the NHS, please contact us on 0845 504 5040 if you have such requirements. In addition, we have been able to support various NHS trusts, care homes, schools and other essential services with our stocks of PPE equipment.
