Schueco UK COVID-19 Customer Update

We are all dealing with the impact that COVID-19 is having on our daily lives. These are
extraordinary times and the health and safety of employees, customers, partners and the
communities we operate in is our first priority.
At this time, we are experiencing reduced demand. We have therefore taken the decision
to remain open with some reduced services. We will continue to follow the Government
and Public Health guidelines.
To reduce the risk to our employees and play our part in minimising the spread of this
virus, we have taken the following measures;
Our employees are working from home where possible, to keep everyone safe.
Our employees are taking some of their paid holiday now, so that we can be ready
to scale back up again to meet your needs when things start to return to normal.
This means, that we are currently operating at a reduced capacity;
We have retained a core team to continue to service your orders, technical queries
and project support requirements. Please contact us through the usual channels.
We will continue to deliver your orders. Observing social distancing measures.
We have postponed the following services:
All visits to Milton Keynes and our London showroom.
Collections from our Milton Keynes distribution centre.
All training at Milton Keynes, or at your premises.
All Technical engineer appointments.
We will continue to monitor the situation and amend our services to meet your needs,
whilst protecting the health and safety of employees, customers, partners and the
communities we operate in.
