Given the growing concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to inform you of what actions we have taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.
Following the Government's guidelines, we have implemented a number of actions, which are specifically aimed at safeguarding our staff and customer's health, whilst ensuring our business maintains operations and continues to provide a 'business as usual' approach for all our customers. We have introduced a remote home working policy wherever it is possible to do so, to ensure the risk of infection is minimised for both the individual and work colleagues. Where remote home working is not possible for certain individuals in the manufacturing process and appropriate support functions then particular attention is being made to ensure a safe working environment is provided to all in conforming to government guidance and advice.
We currently remain open; however, we may see some changes to our response times and opening hours as we react to changing needs – we will keep you fully informed of any changes. We are committed to looking after our teams and customers while we are adapting, and we continue to offer a first-class service. We are currently asking that all non-essential visits to the Rooflight Company are postponed. We would like to reiterate that our online shop remains open if you would like to place an order. If you have arranged to collect your order from us and would now prefer a delivery, please let us know and we can arrange for you.
