At Timloc Building Products we are are constantly researching and developing brand new products to meet our customer’s requirements. We have a dedicated New Product Development Team based at our head office in East Yorkshire, who work tirelessly to bring new products to the market that meet the needs of the industry.
NEW Thermo-loc Platinum EPS Cavity Closer
Over the years, we have invested heavily in our facilities, people, new machinery and in new product development. We are therefore delighted to launch the brand new Thermo-loc Platinum which joins our extensive range of Cavity Closers, including the Thermo-loc standard and the Thermo-loc FR 30-minute fire rated Cavity Closer.
When designing the Thermo-loc Platinum EPS Cavity Closer, our New Product Development Team were given the task to design a Cavity Closer that can be used to close a variety of cavity widths which would enable stockists to minimise stock holding saving on valuable storage space and potentially reduce working capital. The Thermo-loc Platinum EPS Cavity Closer was also designed to be rigid, have a quality look and feel, meet all relevant building regulations and to exceed the minimal thermal resistance path of 0.45K²W.

The new Thermo-loc Platinum EPS Cavity Closer suits a variety of widths ranging from 50mm to 150mm and has simple to use cutting guides that can easily be trimmed on site for convenience.
