This makes an already low maintenance rooflight into an even greater convenience for you in your home, as the roof lantern will need very little cleaning or upkeep. You can keep on enjoying panoramic sky views from inside your home, without dirt and grime intruding on your outlook.

Self-cleaning glass has come a long way and is now a highly effective option for your home. It has certainly started to catch on popularity wise, and it’s easy to see why – rooflights aren’t the easiest household items to clean. This saves rooflights from water droplets forming, which can leave glass stained and murky when the water has dried.

These options can offer up to 47% light transmission, 91% solar heat transmission, and you can choose glass with u-values as low as 1.0 w/m²k.
