Schlüter Set to Exhibit at Hard Surfaces 2019
The market-leading tiling systems manufacturer is busy preparing for the inaugural Hard Surfaces Show, at which it plans to demonstrate its all-round prowess in not just product, but its unique understanding of applications and services.
The Coalville-based UK operation of the internationally renowned company is selective in the national exhibitions it attends, but has identified the Hard Surfaces Show in conjunction with the Natural Stone Show to be an excellent match for its solutions and sphere of work. A unique stand is being crafted to suit the 36m2 space booked and is due to be a key source of inspiration and discussion.
The focal point of the stand will be a functioning wetroom space, at once demonstrating Schlüter’s solutions for substrates, waterproofing, uncoupling, under-surface heating, drainage and profiles. Through strategically cut-away sections of tile, visitors will be privy to exactly where and why products are used.
“We can show samples of membranes and pieces of profile in isolation, but this approach ultimately doesn’t do the products justice”, says Carl Stokes, Head of Marketing at Schlüter-Systems Ltd, “Our solutions come alive when people see how they work together in the context of an overall design, and Hard Surfaces 2019 is the perfect stage for our ambitious and eye-catching centre-piece”.
The focus on how Schlüter can support successful tile and stone installations will be continued throughout the stand with sample pairings of tile and finishing profile in-line with the latest trends. The Schlüter team will also be presenting some of the latest additions to the company’s portfolio, including the Schlüter-TROBA-LEVEL pedestal system for loose-lay tile and pavers and the Schlüter-SHELF range of designer shelving solutions.
