At Ecodek, we want our customers to have an option to add unique look to their already gorgeous decking, that’s why quite recently we have launched a new product – DekGlo®.
DekGlo® is a long lasting, ambient garden lighting, which doesn’t require any wiring, batteries or screws. Technology used to make DekGlo® allows it to simply glow in the dark, and all it’s needed to charge it, is the natural sunlight. Huge benefit of DekGlo®, is the installation. It can be added to any existing decking, at any point in time, it’s simple and swift. DekGlo® can be placed directly into our decking, to do so we would recommend making a correct size slot in the deck, which will allow you to insert DekGlo®, with addition of a weatherproof adhesive. Doing so will let it sit on the same level as the deck without sticking out, making it more visually appealing.
DekGlo® is also a low maintenance product, it cleans easily just like our composite decking boards. At Ecodek we always consider safety first, that’s why our composite decking has a low potential for slip. One of the main ideas behind DekGlo® was to provide increased safety for edges of decks, pathways and balustrades by highlighting them. That way it is not only safer, but also gives a unique and gorgeous look to the area.
We want our customers to be able to choose their own preferred looks, the same way we do with ecodek® decking boards by providing different colours and two different profiles. DekGlo® comes in three shapes: discs, squares and strips, it also has two colours variety, green and blue. Although DekGlo® is made with decking in mind, it can still provide ambiance for your garden even if you do not own a deck. You can place them wherever you wish, in a plant pot, alongside a garden path to illuminate it, outlining hazardous outdoor areas like steps, or edge of balconies. Whatever your idea is, we can guarantee you that DekGlo®’s illumination will look beautiful in your garden, and provide a source of light for the entire night..
