Changes in the Normet Leadership Team
We are pleased to announce that Niina Pesonen has been nominated as Vice President, Human Resources as of 9.10.2017.
Niina will be a member of the Normet Leadership team and she will report to Robin Lindahl, President and CEO of Normet Group.
As we are embarking on the next growth phase we need to put even more focus on the people topics and driving the competence and capability development across the company.
Niina is coming from Comptel Oyj where she has had a successful career building up a modern global HR function in a truly global environment. Before Comptel Niina has had several senior HR roles in Nokia Group both in Finland and abroad.
